Origin Energy adds Special to agency roster

Australian energy retailer Origin Energy has added Special to its agency roster.
Says Bec Stambanis, partner and CSO at Special Australia: “We are thrilled to be partnering with Origin. We are thoroughly enjoying working alongside such a progressive and collaborative team with shared ambition and values.”
The incumbent agency is M&C Saatchi, which won the account in January 2021 from TBWA.

Are the shared values “selling fossil fuel energy as hard as we can to forestall meaningful policy on climate change”?

And condolences to M&C. They seem to be having a torrid time of it lately.
At least they still have The Mindaroo Foundation. That’ll pay the bills.
